Dr Shelley Parker DC
Dr Shelley Parker is a chiropractor and certified Functional & Integrative Medicine Practitioner with a passion for helping people better understand and optimise their health through a personalised, whole-body approach.
Utilising advanced functional health insights with DNA and methylation testing, Dr Shelley helps clients uncover how their body uniquely processes nutrients, stress, recovery, energy and overall wellbeing.

Known for her dynamic, empathetic and highly practical approach, Dr Shelley believes true health comes from understanding the bigger picture.
Her work is grounded in both formal education, clinical expertise and lived experience of restoring her health.

Shelley has a strong focus on supporting families and athletes, she enjoys working with people wanting to improve long-term health and resilience.
She is passionate about translating complex health and DNA information into practical, real-world strategies that empower people to take ownership of their wellbeing.

Outside the clinic, Shelley is a lifelong equestrian, an ultra marathon trail runner, lives to learn about exercise physiology and bio-hacking, loves a DIY project and lives her life to the fullest with her husband, daughter and dog Mojo.


Dr Sam Wilkinson DC
Dr Sam Wilkinson is a chiropractor and DNA-focused functional health practitioner with a highly analytical approach to human performance, resilience and health optimisation.
With a background in elite international sport and high-performance athlete development, Sam is widely recognised for his ability to translate complex DNA and functional health data.

Prior to chiropractic, Sam worked extensively in elite snowboard coaching and athlete performance, including successfully qualifying the youngest athlete in history for the Olympics in his discipline. This environment shaped his meticulous and systems-based approach to performance , where small physiological inefficiencies can significantly impact recovery, adaptation, resilience and long-term outcomes.

Sam has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in DNA interpretation, methylation, nutrigenomics, recovery pathways, and functional health.
His work focuses on understanding how genetic variations may influence nutrient utilisation, detoxification, inflammation, cellular energy production, neurological balance and stress resilience.

Sam lives and breathes to learn about health. Outside the clinic he is a keen surfer, loves motorsport, has recently taken up a little running and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Courtney van der Scheer
Courtney van der Scheer is a Registered Clinical Nutritionist with a strong focus on women’s health, metabolic function, hormones and personalised nutrition.
With a clinical yet highly practical approach, Courtney is passionate about helping people better understand the underlying factors influencing their energy, resilience, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Originally beginning her career as a Chartered Accountant, Courtney’s long-standing interest in health and human performance led her back to her original passion for nutrition and health care. Her background in competitive rowing and swimming first sparked her interest in the relationship between nutrition, performance and physiology, before later pursuing formal training in nutrition and naturopathy.
​
Within the DNA and functional health space, Courtney enjoys helping clients apply personalised insights in a practical and sustainable way , translating testing and recommendations into everyday nutrition, routines and lifestyle habits that support long-term wellbeing, resilience, and performance.
​
Outside of work, Courtney is a busy, active Mum of four boys and enjoys keeping fit, being outdoors and spending time with her family. ​
