Book a Complimentary Call with Dr Shelley
This is a free discovery call to discuss your health and goals and see if you are suitable candidate for our process.

Initial Comprehensive Consultation
Your initial appointment is about getting to know you, listening to your health history and your goals.
Together we create actions to get started.
03.
Individualised Specialty Testing
We will recommend specific testing to provide information around underlying issues.
Testing provides us with data that allows for a targeted and specific plan.
04.
Follow-Up Consultation
& Test Results
We will go over testing results, a personalised plan, recommendations and interventions.

More testing may be recommended or a protocol of treatment.
05.
Monthly Follow Up Appointments
Once a month follow up appointments, in-person or online.

Retesting if required at specific times.

This is an outline of the Health Institute process.
These may differ to this depending on your individual needs.
STEP ONE
Book a Complimentary Discovery Call with Dr Shelley

Click the book discovery call or head to the contact page to book your free 15 minute call with Dr Shelley.

You will receive an email with the booking confirmation.

During this call we will go over your health, goals and our processes, to see if we are a good match with your needs.
STEP TWO
Initial Comprehensive
Consultation

You will be sent a confirmation email about your online or in person appointment.

We will go over your history, chief complaints, health goals and lifestyle.
- After the initial appointment we will send you an email outlining the next steps, this may include referrals.

We arrange for the test kits to get sent to your home.
STEP THREE
Individualised Health Testing

We will send the prescribed test kits to your address.

Once these have arrived, you contact our office and we will do an 'unboxing' call to clearly go over the testing process.

Test results will be sent to the Health Institute and can take 2-6 weeks depending on the test.

We analyse the results, send you your results and notify that it is time for your report of findings consultation.
