Book & Prepare for Comprehensive Consultation
Book your appointment and fill out the patient questionnaire online.
Your practitioner will review this before meeting with you.

Initial Comprehensive Consultation
Your initial appointment is about getting to know you, listening to your health history, goals and actions to start.

We may recommend specific testing to

around underlying issues. Tests can provide us with data that allows for a targeted and specific plan.

Breaking Down the Steps
This is a detailed breakdown of the Health Institute process. These may differ to this depending on you individual situation.
STEP ONE
Book & Prepare for an Initial Consultation

Go to our bookings page to book your initial appointment. Please specify if you would like an in person or online appointment.

You will receive an email with the booking confirmation and a link to the New Patient "Paperwork"

Fill out the in-depth questionnaire online at least 48 hours prior to your consultation. It will take you at least 30 minutes to fill out and uses SSL certified encryption to keep your information private and secure.
STEP TWO
Comprehensive Consultation

You will be sent a link for a video call, or a conformation for your in person appointment.

We'll ask you to explain your history, chief complaints, health goals, what you have tried so far and a series of questions.

We'll talk you through our approach and steps you can take now to get you started.

At the end of the appointment you should have a clear plan of steps to move forward and actions to take immediately. This includes diet, lifestyle, supplement recommendations, testing and any possible referrals.
- After the initial appointment we will send you an email outlining the next steps.

We arrange for the test kits to get sent to your home.
STEP THREE
Individualised Health Testing

We will send any required text kits to your address, this usually takes around a week for the kits to arrive.

Please read the instructions twice, some tests require specific days or times to test.

If you have any questions about testing procedures or our recommendations so far, this is a great time to schedule a short support-call which is included in your initial consultation fee.

Once you have submitted your tests, we wait.

Test results will arrive at the Health Institute, these can take 2-6 week depending on the lab.

We will analyse results and notify you to book your follow up consultation.
STEP FOUR
Follow-up Consultations

Once we receive your test results back from the laboratories (please note, this can take few weeks) we will review the findings and create a targeted health plan.

You will need follow-up consultation to go through the plan.

This follow-up consultation will take approximately 60 minutes and will include your lab results, reviewing any findings and questions.

After this appointment you will receive an email an outline.

Included in the cost of your consultation there is a follow up support call. This allows us to connect throughout your journey and answer any questions and clarify steps.
